Noah Ternullo

Principal

With a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and a masters in Computer Science, Noah focused on technology because that's "where the magic is."  Over the course of his career, Noah has worked with companies like Boeing, General Electric, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Cisco, Lockheed Martin, and General Dynamics. Noah has been an innovator and leader throughout his career, achieving awards and patents for himself and his teams.  Upon founding Dream Foundry Games, he left behind the world of industrial software and dedicated himself to building games.

Meet Alicia, the superhero of smooth operations with over a decade of experience in the dynamic world of business and office management. Armed with her Bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and her time spent in the trenches with tech titans like United Technologies (now RTX) and Mawson Infrastructure Group, she's earned her stripes managing teams with flair. Alicia's secret weapon? Her knack for turning mundane tasks into exciting adventures, making the daily grind feel like a walk in the park!

Gabriel Gomez brings years of customer service and communications experience to the Dream Foundry Games team. He has worked in graphic design studios abroad, video editing roles for the University of Pittsburgh, and now helps connect prospective gaming entrepreneurs to the team at Dream Foundry Games.

Miranda Pavelle

Art Lead

Miranda is a 2D & 3D generalist with a passion for worldbuilding, concept art, and 3D modelling. She enjoys teaching, and strives to make sure the Dream Foundry Games art team thrives. Outside of the office, Miranda enjoys riding her motorcycle, fixing her car, and working on a sprawling personal worldbuilding project.

Shane Mitchell

Lead Developer

Shane has been a Unity Developer since 2017 and brings a variety of skills to Dream Foundry Game's development teams. With a strong work ethic and a Bachelor's degree in computer science and business administration, he takes on both programming and leadership roles for development teams. His talents also include low-poly 3D modeling, image manipulation, and advanced spreadsheets; all skills which aid in project prototyping.

Derek DiPietro

Senior Developer

Throughout his tenure at Dream Foundry Games, Derek has worked on embedded systems using Java, C, Python, Linux, and Raspberry pis, as well as working on games in Unity. With a wide breadth of skills, knowledge bases, and the tenacity to execute on any project, Derek has worked on a wide variety of games including several edutainment titles.

Engineer & Developer

Graeme brings his knowledge of physical systems and mechanisms to the world of videogame software engineering with his Bachelors in Physics, Masters in Robotics Systems Development, and years working in tech startup companies. He has a love for designing elegant systems and intuitive interfaces, and is always up for talking about the latest tabletop game system he's devised.

Virgile is a French Gameplay Programmer with a passion for solving engineering problems involving 3D math, ergonomics, and optimization.He has experience in a wide variety of areas including procedural generation, shaders, VR, and multiplayer games.

Neil Nicholson

Engineer & Developer

Neil is a scrappy programmer, game designer, and builder that offers vibrant energy and a unique perspective from a multidisciplinary background. Jack of all trades, he can build a house, a piece of software, or a drone attachment. With a Masters in Game Design from American University and a bachelors in Computer Science from Earlham college, he is the whole package. Neil spends his free time playing board games with friends and competitive Ultimate Frisbee."

Zaki Agrararaharja

Unity Developing Wizard

Zak broke into the game industry as a sound designer and later switched gears to the production domain as a game producer. He then branched out his expertise into the development area when he started his Master’s in Game Design study at Game Center, American University. Since then, he’s been ramping up his talent and utilizing these acquired development hard skills for his role as a game developer. His passion lies in gameplay, system, and UX development, with the player experience always at the forefront of his mind.

3D Animator

Jasmine has been practicing animation for 5+ years. She graduated from SCAD with a Masters degree in Animation. She brings the skills she learned from her last job, interning at Netease in China, as an animator. Currently, she is driven to bring her talent and skills in animation to the Dream Foundry Games art team.

UX/UI & Graphic Artist

Nathan Poljak

UI/UX & 2D Artist

With a Bachelor’s in Animation & VFX from Point Park University, and 10+ years experience, Nate focuses on 2D animation, and digital media. At Dream Foundry Games Nate works as UI & graphic design specialist. He enjoys Adventuring, motorcycles and working on his own art. Nate’s favorite games include Resident Evil 4, Metal Gear Solid and Sonic 2.

Allegra Pescatore

UI/UX & Graphic Designer

With 15+ years of business management experience, as well as a broad spectrum of skills in graphic design and writing, Allegra ensures that projects run smoothly. In addition, she joins Miranda as a member of the design team, with a focus on graphic and narrative design.

Playtester & Customer Service

Ken Sprage

Playtester & Customer Service

Ken's current duties involve product testing for software created by RPGSuite, and Customer service resolving questions, and problems, brought to our attention by our users. Ken has been a computer professional since he graduated from college, and a gamer for longer than that.
